Consulting & Service
Always the right solution
We provide a full-service solution from a single source. We offer advice and solutions for all matters relating to waste management and waste legislation.
In addition to the collection of waste and its microbiological and mechanical treatment, our service portfolio also includes the clearance and rehabilitation of petrol station sites, environmental clean-up, the rehabilitation of railway tracks as well as land recycling. We also dispose of excavated material following accidents involving, for example, fuel or heating oil spills.
In the best of hands right from the start
During the tendering and quotation phase, we are on hand to consult with you not only on waste disposal costing but also on waste management issues. Should any questions arise during the implementation phase, we can respond quickly and propose solutions.
To help you avoid unplanned, costly and time-consuming issues in advance, we would like to explicitly highlight the following risks:
Risk: Subsoil: When converting industrial brownfield sites and Landfills into building land, the environmental and, subsequently, economic impacts of potential subsoil contamination should not be underestimated.
Risk of contamination during demolition, for example from solid and loosely bound asbestos, mineral wool, or other insulation materials such as EPS, XPS, etc.
Risk of changes in the legal situation: Particularly in the case of large-scale projects, the legal situation may change during the planning, tendering and construction phases. This, in turn, affects the actual and financial costs.
Thanks to our integration into the PORR Group, we also provide our clients with a full range of pre- and post-construction services:
- Site investigation by means of drilling and trenching
- Analytical and expert assessment services
- Survey for hazardous and disruptive substances prior to the dismantling or demolition of a structure
- Professional dismantling of buildings, including removal of hazardous substances and asbestos clearance where necessary
- Excavation or replacement of contaminated soil, including backfilling with suitable material
- Excavation of a construction pit for further development
- Construction pits or slope stabilisation measures in the event of challenging ground conditions
- Transport logistics such as lorries or skips, including suitable containers such as Big Bags for the proper disposal of mineral fibre insulation materials
- Aftercare and monitoring of groundwater and/or soil air
